About the Role

As a Visual Merchandiser at a leading fashion company, you will be crucial in crafting a captivating and uniform shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Apply visual, commercial, and styling strategies following store guidelines and merchandising calendars to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
  • Review sales data, monitor inventory, ensure proper garment upkeep, and collaborate with Store Management to identify and focus on key visual and commercial improvements.
  • Leverage trend knowledge and competitor analysis to mentor and empower store staff, enabling them to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a positive representation of yourself and the brand in all customer interactions.
  • Assist the Sales Market team with store expansion initiatives.

Work Environment

You will be part of a vibrant Store Team that acts as the cornerstone of the company. This team includes roles such as Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, and others in larger outlets. Collaboration extends across the Area Team, where joint efforts help share insights and drive collective success. Your role is vital in helping customers express their personal style confidently through the latest fashion trends and classic looks, fostering meaningful connections and promoting sustainable fashion access.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Extensive experience in visual merchandising and commercial operations within a dynamic retail setting, paired with a solution-driven approach.
  • Proficient in interpreting sales reports and understanding the sales equation to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Deep passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering a memorable in-store experience.
  • Motivated to create fantastic customer experiences while actively promoting and enhancing sales.
  • Creative, inquisitive, and proactive in approach.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of leading and inspiring store teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Highly adaptable with a focus on taking decisive action.
