Role Overview
The Visual Merchandiser will oversee the Megamall store's visual presentation, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining eye-catching in-store layouts and window exhibits that reflect the company's brand identity and business objectives. Daily responsibilities involve organizing merchandise on displays, refreshing seasonal and promotional showcases, and ensuring signage, pricing, and product details are clearly visible and accurate. Collaboration with store leadership and sales staff is crucial to support new product launches, improve customer navigation, and elevate the overall shopping journey. This is a full-time, on-site position in Yerevan, Armenia, requiring consistent presence on the sales floor and occasionally working beyond regular hours to prepare large display setups.
Key Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively work with store personnel and supervisors.
- Retail experience with familiarity of store operations and visual merchandising standards.
- Customer-centric mindset with skills to enhance sales and in-store experiences.
- Capability to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing window and in-store display designs.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude, and skill in handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of design principles and awareness of current visual merchandising trends considered beneficial.
- Proficiency in the Armenian language; knowledge of English or Russian is advantageous.
- Prior experience as a visual merchandiser or in analogous retail roles preferred.
