Key Contributions

• Collaborate with relevant store and department managers to strategically plan all floor layouts to amplify sales potential while upholding brand standards.
• Balance commercial priorities alongside visual displays to serve both marketing and merchandising goals.
• Support store personnel by providing training and guidance in visual merchandising techniques.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and assist in disseminating VM and brand standards through training initiatives.
• Maintain strong styling of mannequins in windows, focal areas, and top-of-shelf displays, adhering to VM direction consistently.
• Align merchandising choices with business performance goals, always emphasizing profitability.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within teams as well as independently when required.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring wellbeing for all store visitors and team members.

• Experience in a similar Visual Merchandiser role in apparel retail environments is essential.
