Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser at our store, you will play an essential role in crafting a shopping environment that is both attractive and user-friendly. Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute visual displays that captivate customers while guiding them effortlessly through the store. This position requires maintaining high visual standards to ensure products are displayed clearly and attractively, creating an inviting shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional store aesthetics by upholding high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization across all areas.
• Implement a customer-first mindset by creating displays that are accessible, inspiring, and facilitate a smooth shopping journey.
• Exhibit a keen attention to detail, ensuring that signage, product placements, and visual standards align perfectly with brand guidelines.
• Assist in delivering visual merchandising strategies by establishing and sustaining displays that are visually impactful, fully stocked, and commercially appealing.
• Proactively identify and address any issues concerning product presentation or stock during the day to keep the store floor in optimal condition.
• Enhance customer convenience by ensuring on-shelf availability and proper stocking in accordance with merchandising standards.
• Continuously refresh the store’s look to make it inviting and reflective of the brand image for every visitor.
• Support sales growth by ensuring strong product availability and high-quality stock presentation, collaborating closely with the store team.
• Work side-by-side with colleagues and management to establish key product lines, feature areas, and promotional displays to high standards.

• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and evening shifts.

Compensation

• Hourly pay for ages 16-18: £8.71
• Hourly pay for ages 18 and above: £13.39
