Role Overview

We seek a resourceful and detail-driven Visual Merchandiser responsible for crafting and maintaining eye-catching store displays that uphold brand consistency. This position enhances the customer experience by implementing innovative visual merchandising solutions across our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement visual and window displays, alongside arranging in-store product presentations.
• Maintain optimal product arrangement, ensure colour harmony, and adhere to display quality benchmarks.
• Apply seasonal trends, introduce new collections, and roll out promotional campaigns aligned with brand guidelines at all stores.
• Frequently visit stores to assess visual display standards and identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with store teams to guarantee timely execution of merchandising initiatives.
• Train and advise store personnel on display upkeep, product showcasing, and meeting visual standards.
• Analyze competitors’ visual strategies and current fashion retail trends to propose fresh merchandising concepts.
• Assist in launching new outlets, carrying out store upgrades, and facilitating campaign rollouts.

Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in visual merchandising, ideally within fashion or apparel retail sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of store layouts, product display methods, colour coordination, and presentation techniques.
• Highly creative with sharp attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
• Effective communicator with excellent coordination abilities.
• Capacity to oversee multiple stores and deliver merchandising projects within set deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to various retail locations as necessary.
