Role Overview

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for crafting dynamic and cutting-edge visual displays both inside the store and in window installations that showcase merchandise in line with company standards to stimulate customer purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Dress mannequins and arrange hard good displays to style standards
• Select and apply suitable decorative materials and props
• Follow and implement corporate visual guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with multiple departments to roll out visual campaigns
• Refresh displays as products sell or inventory changes to maintain visual appeal
• Integrate older stock into merchandise blends to improve sell-through
• Manage signage positioning throughout the store
• Coordinate with external vendors assigned to specific departments
• Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards in all store areas and window displays
• Organize and upkeep the visual stockroom and display materials
• Adhere to merchandise protection and inventory handling protocols when handling display products
• Comply with all health and safety regulations within the store environment
• Ensure privacy compliance and cyber security policies are followed

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years’ experience in visual merchandising
• Relevant education from fashion studies or visual merchandising courses/diploma

Compensation

The starting hourly pay ranges between $17.95 and $29.25 and will be finalized based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and overall fit after interviews.
