Role Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will oversee the visual presentation for Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and shop-in-shop setups within esteemed retail partners. Responsibilities include organizing store layouts, managing product placements, designing window displays, styling mannequins, executing seasonal and promotional themes, and ensuring adherence to Kinder Mòx's visual merchandising and brand criteria. Regular coordination with store teams and conducting VM audits are essential to this role.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in retail visual merchandising.
- Preference for backgrounds in fashion, kidswear, or lifestyle brands.
- Comprehensive understanding of space planning in retail environments.
- Strong aesthetic sense for color coordination, styling, and product presentation.
- Ability to independently implement visual merchandising guidelines.
- Willingness to travel for on-site visits to various stores.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation
