About the Role
Join our ZARA store team in Kassel as a full-time Visual Commercial, where you will turn the latest trends into compelling in-store experiences. You will act as the bridge between products and customers by interpreting trend movements, designing attractive retail spaces, directing customers' attention, and bringing every collection to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply fashion and street culture trends to store layouts.
- Create and maintain visually appealing product presentations that engage and inspire customers.
- Analyze the store floor and adjust displays according to commercial rhythms and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to establish and implement visual merchandising guidelines and support business decisions.
- Bring your creative vision to energize and animate the store environment.

- Passionate about effective and inspiring merchandise presentation.
- Good sense of fashion, retail dynamics, and street culture trends.
- Adept at observing the store floor and responding to commercial needs.
- Team player who contributes ideas and supports decision-making.
