About the Role
Thabat Aviation Company is expanding its team and seeking a Visa Officer to manage visa application processes, specifically for Schengen and U.S. visas. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires practical experience and expertise in handling visa procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process visa applications with a focus on Schengen visa requirements.
- Handle U.S. B1/B2 visa applications, including completing DS-160 forms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, documentation, and appointment scheduling procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service and guidance through the visa application process.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven prior experience in visa processing or within the travel and tourism sector.
- Strong expertise in Schengen visa applications is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience managing U.S. B1/B2 visas and DS-160 forms is essential.
- Excellent command of English language skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills focused on client service.
