The selected individual will provide expert guidance to clients interested in overseas employment, study, and immigration opportunities, especially for countries including New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and various European nations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on overseas job prospects, study programs, work permits, visas, and immigration processes.
• Clarify eligibility criteria, application procedures, required documentation, and processing timelines to clients.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications, engaging with potential clients to generate and nurture leads.
• Effectively convert leads into clients through professional counselling and excellent communication skills.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure smooth progress.
• Gather, verify, and systematically organize client documentation necessary for visa applications.
• Clearly explain service fees, visa expenses, terms, conditions, and procedural information.
• Maintain precise client records, lead statuses, and follow-up reports within the CRM or company system.
• Collaborate with documentation and visa processing teams to facilitate seamless case management.
• Meet monthly targets related to counselling sessions, client follow-ups, and successful conversions.
• Deliver professional customer service and foster lasting client relationships.
• Keep abreast of evolving visa requirements and immigration policy updates.
