Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Visa Counsellor to become part of our Travel & Tourism division. This position involves assisting clients with their visa-related queries and facilitating the visa application process efficiently.
Primary Duties
- Provide guidance to clients about visa requirements, processes, and necessary documentation.
- Analyze clients’ travel intentions to suggest the most appropriate visa alternatives.
- Clarify details related to visa procedures, associated fees, timelines, and the documents needed.
- Help clients organize and prepare their visa application paperwork.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to track pending documents and monitor application progression.
- Address customer questions and offer timely status updates.
- Keep precise records of client applications and communicate updates effectively.
- Work closely with the visa processing unit to ensure seamless handling of applications.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and counselling abilities.
- Proficient in both Hindi and English languages.
- Basic skills with computers.
- Strong aptitude for customer engagement and persuasion.
- Preference for candidates with experience in visa counselling or travel sectors, though freshers are welcome to apply.
Compensation
The monthly salary package ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 45,000.
