Proviq Business Services is expanding and seeks a Visa Consultant to enhance its team in Doha, Qatar. The company specializes in facilitating visa services for various destinations, including Europe and the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients regarding suitable visa options, their eligibility, and the documentation required.
- Evaluate, prepare, and manage visa application submissions accurately.
- Respond to client queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails promptly.
- Monitor visa application statuses and keep clients timely informed.
- Maintain detailed records and achieve performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience working in visa or immigration consultancy.
- Proficient communication capabilities and adept in managing client relations.
- Familiarity with Schengen/European and USA visa procedures.
- Preference for female applicants.
- Open to applicants originating from the Indian subcontinent, including India, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
