Overview

We seek an experienced Visa Consultant to join our team in Al Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visa processing and immigration services, with specialized knowledge of Schengen, UK, USA, and Canadian visa procedures. This role involves client consultation, meticulous application handling, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process an average of 15 to 20 visa applications weekly, depending on complexity.
• Evaluate and review all client documents to ensure compliance with visa requirements.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally within 24 hours.
• Sustain a minimum accuracy rate of 98% in all visa applications and supporting documentation.
• Complete all applications and follow-up activities within designated deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise records for all clients and applications processed.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 2 years' professional experience in visa processing or immigration-related roles.
• Practical expertise with Schengen, UK, USA, and Canada visa applications.
• Well-versed with visa documentation, appointment scheduling, and application guidelines.
• Exceptional communication and client advisory skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills paired with effective time management.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills such as Arabic are beneficial.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, CRM platforms, and document management systems.
