Role Description
We are seeking an Associate to join our team working either remotely or onsite in Dubai. This role involves direct engagement and participation in high-stakes decision-making for founders and clients across five regulatory bodies in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counsel to founders and organizations on virtual asset licensing and regulatory strategies within the UAE.
- Oversee the full cycle of licensing application preparation and regulatory submissions.
- Draft, organize, and critically review legal documents, client advisories, and internal policies.
- Conduct comprehensive legal and regulatory research to inform practice.
- Collaborate closely with clients, regulatory authorities, and the internal team to ensure smooth progress of cases.
Essential Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Russian language fluency is highly advantageous.
- A demonstrated and sincere interest in cryptocurrency law, beyond superficial familiarity.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, skilled team environment.
- Legal expertise in corporate, financial services, or regulatory law.
- Experience with UAE regulatory bodies or virtual asset regulatory frameworks.
- A Law Degree from a recognized and reputable university.
