Role Overview
The VIP Executive supports the VIP Manager in overseeing the operations of the VIP team. This role involves close collaboration with various departments such as operations and marketing to foster a vibrant and engaging atmosphere focused on providing superior guest experiences, specifically tailored for VIP and VVIP clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Support VIP relations through handling public relations, reservations, staffing schedules, and other administrative duties.
- Ensure an elegant, professional, and welcoming environment for guests of diverse backgrounds.
- Develop and maintain strong personal connections with guests to ensure they feel valued and appreciated.
- Manage and oversee VIP guest payment processing and monitoring of their event timing.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for groups and VIP guests, and facilitate booking for parties and events.
- Assist in promoting nightly events leveraging personal networks and marketing initiatives.
- Strengthen sustainable relationships with key VIP clientele to expand engagement.
- Aid in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and service excellence of hostesses, promoters, and bottle service teams.
- Lead and develop the core VIP management team to deliver a distinct and high-value guest experience at the venue.
- Promote special club events effectively to customers to boost participation.

- Maintains a neat, professional image suitable for guest interactions.
- Exhibits a service-driven attitude, is personable, and possesses excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken.
- Capable of interacting comfortably across various organizational levels.
- Has strong leadership qualities, including the ability to manage performance and coach team members.
- Possesses between one to three years of experience in comparable industry roles.
