Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality onsite photo and video sessions showcasing luxury real estate, vacation rentals, and property management projects.
• Edit and enhance property photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to create polished imagery.
• Produce and refine videos, applying cutting, color grading, and visual effects with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to generate compelling social media content such as Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and promotional visuals aimed at increasing bookings and brand reach.
• Integrate advanced AI tools like Higgsfield to accelerate editing processes, improve image quality, and innovate ad creative concepts.
• Cover special events and activations to capture engaging visual content for immediate and future promotional use.
• Organize and maintain a well-structured digital archive containing photographs, videos, graphics, and marketing assets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in videography, photography, and short-form video editing, preferably in real estate or hospitality sectors.
• Valid driving licence is mandatory; ownership of a personal vehicle is optional.
• Expertise with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and Higgsfield AI software.
• Proven ability to incorporate AI tools into media production workflows effectively.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends and formats that drive engagement on Instagram and TikTok.
• Capability to conduct onsite property shoots and manage post-production independently.
