About the Role
Join one of Wellington’s leading real estate media companies, Showhome, a trusted name in premium photography, videography, and drone content. This role is based in Paremata, Wellington, and involves working with a passionate team focused on delivering outstanding client experiences through exceptional visual media.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph and film beautiful properties across the Wellington region.
- Collaborate closely with real estate agents and homeowners to create a relaxed and professional atmosphere during shoots.
- Candidly capture visuals using advanced cameras, drones, gimbals, and related equipment.
- Edit photos and videos efficiently using Adobe Suite and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Maintain high-quality outputs with quick turnaround times.
- Contribute as an engaged member of a creative, supportive team focused on personal growth.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in professional photography and videography, with a solid grasp of camera gear, lighting techniques, and visual storytelling.
- Strong proficiency in editing using Adobe Suite and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Drone operation experience; familiarity with CAA Part 101 regulations or certification is advantageous.
- Physically capable of handling and transporting equipment during on-location shoots.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients including agents and homeowners.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage several shoots independently each day.
- Positive mindset with a team-player attitude, ready to contribute ideas and collaborate closely.
- Highly organised, reliable, and attentive to detail.
