Videographer and Video Editor

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative videographer and video editor capable of independently producing exceptional video content focused on Dubai's real estate, tourism, and visa services sectors. The position involves combining cinematic production techniques with dynamic, results-oriented social media editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video shoots of property walkthroughs, updates on construction, site visits, and interviews across projects in Dubai.
• Create engaging tourism videos showcasing Dubai's attractions, experiences, dhow cruises, hotels, and lifestyle venues.
• Develop informative visa-related content that includes application instructions, document explanations, travel news, customer stories, and promotional material.
• Produce cinematic lifestyle films, brand videos, tourism campaigns, and launch videos for projects.
• Independently conceive original video concepts, plan shooting schedules, and execute projects without detailed briefs.
• Edit vertical short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, delivering around 15-25 edits monthly.
• Create longer-format videos, including project films, brand stories, destination highlights, and sales support content.
• Manage post-production tasks such as color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, subtitles, and lower thirds.
• Provide multiple versions of video assets tailored for paid advertising, organic social content, brokers, travel agents, and sales teams.
• Adapt content style and messaging to appeal to diverse audiences including property buyers, investors, tourists, and visa applicants.
• Maintain an organized media library containing raw footage, project archives, tourism content, and reusable B-roll clips.
• Oversee equipment management, secure footage backups, and manage file storage effectively.
• Utilize AI video editing tools when live shooting is impractical.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of three years' experience in video editing, preferably within real estate, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle domains.
• Creative capability to originate video ideas rather than solely following given instructions.
• Strong knowledge of trending social media content and insights into the Dubai market's preferences.
• Professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or in DaVinci Resolve software.
• Experience with CapCut for rapid social media video editing.
• Comfortable operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio recording equipment.
• Proficient in cinematic filming techniques including camera movement, composition, framing, and lighting setups.
• Expertise in editing vertical video content optimized for quick viewer engagement.
• Skilled in color grading and fundamental sound design.
• Capable of creating motion graphics, animated titles, and polished text overlays.
• Ability to translate complex property, tourism, and visa information into visually compelling content.
• Strong time management skills, able to handle several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in photography in addition to videography.
• Background producing Dubai-focused tourism, travel, visa, or real estate content.
• Capability to create multilingual video materials, especially in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with AI video editing platforms such as Runway, Higgsfield, Kling, or Veo.
• Certified drone pilot with experience in capturing aerial footage.
• Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising and creating performance-driven video versions.
