Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Video Production Manager based in Dubai to lead our internal production team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of video production, from conceptualization through delivery, ensuring top-notch quality for various commercial and branded content projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team consisting of 3 to 5 videographers and editors.
• Plan, organize, and execute video projects from initial concept to final delivery.
• Direct and supervise filming activities for commercial and branded videos.
• Maintain high production standards across all client assignments.
• Edit video footage when necessary and oversee post-production processes.
• Coordinate production schedules, manage equipment logistics, and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing a video production team.
• Strong portfolio featuring commercial video work.
• Professional skills in filming, directing, and video editing.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Residency in Dubai with willingness to work on-site and travel to client locations as needed.
