Roles and Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble film segments to produce coherent and engaging videos that feel seamless to viewers.
- Understand and interpret requirements from the production team to meet project specifications.
- Analyze scripts and raw footage to select shots that maintain narrative continuity and enhance value.
- Cut and sequence footage, incorporating music, dialogue, graphics, and visual effects.
- Develop both preliminary and final edited versions of videos.
- Ensure videos flow logically and run smoothly throughout.
- Collaborate with production and post-production stakeholders to align on creative goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest editing software, technologies, and industry best practices for optimal efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of practical experience in video editing, with solid understanding of editing processes and software tools.
- Proficiency with video editing suites including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Audition.
- Fresh graduates or beginners with the right skill set are welcome to apply.
- Strong creative mindset and storytelling abilities to craft compelling video content.
