About the Role
Join DC Jain Real Estate Services, a well-established multi-generational real estate brokerage and consultancy based in Gurgaon. We're enhancing our content creation efforts and looking for a skilled video editor to transform raw property footage and in-field shoots into compelling, engaging videos that attract viewers on social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft short-form videos tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Edit property walkthroughs, market update segments, and client testimonial clips.
- Incorporate captions, motion graphics, background music, and apply precise color grading for professional looks.
- Deliver timely edits while maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic across all video content.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between one to three years of hands-on video editing experience, supported by a comprehensive portfolio.
- Proficiency with editing software such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve; familiarity with CapCut and After Effects will be considered advantageous.
- Strong understanding of video pacing, effective hooks, and engagement strategies for social media platforms.
- Experience related to real estate or brand-focused content is desirable but not mandatory.
