Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to transform raw footage into polished, captivating videos tailored for social media, YouTube, and other digital outlets. The ideal candidate will expertly assemble clips, apply transitions, effects, and animations, and enhance videos with audio and color corrections to elevate viewer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert raw video into refined, engaging content optimized for social and digital mediachannels.
• Edit clips with smooth transitions, effects, graphics, and motion animations to enrich storytelling.
• Incorporate background music, sound effects, subtitles, and enhance visuals through color grading.
• Partner with content creators and marketing teams to grasp creative direction and project needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of videos without compromising quality standards.
• Manage and organize video files, assets, and production schedules effectively.
• Stay informed on emerging video editing styles, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong command of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and post-production effects.
• Experience producing video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Basic skills in motion graphics and audio editing are advantageous.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Effective communication abilities and team collaboration skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating prior video editing projects is preferred.
