Role Overview

This full-time, on-location Video Editor position based in Bhopal involves producing and refining video content that highlights the projects, services, and story of Leela Greens for digital platforms. The editor will manage raw footage, edit and sequence clips, add transitions, titles, sound, and apply basic color adjustments to craft engaging videos. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to comprehend project needs, develop visual ideas, and maintain alignment with the company’s branding and messaging is expected. The editor will optimize videos specifically for social media and keep an organized catalog of video assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and handle technical aspects of video production.
• Edit footage by cutting, assembling, and enhancing videos to form cohesive narratives.
• Apply color grading to achieve consistent and superior visual quality.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations such as titles and overlays to improve video appeal.
• Use industry-standard editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro and basic audio editing tools proficiently.
• Ensure videos meet social media format standards and best practices.
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality content on time.

Qualifications

• Skills in video production, including planning and executing shoots.
• Strong video editing capabilities to construct compelling stories from footage.
• Competence in color grading for exposure and tone adjustments.
• Experience with motion graphics and graphic design elements to enhance videos.
• Proficiency in relevant editing software and audio editing basics.
