Role Overview

We seek a video editor who transcends mere technical skills to become a master storyteller who understands pacing, attention, and aesthetics. The ideal candidate will value the purpose behind each edit, focus on viewer retention rather than flashy effects, prioritize creativity over shortcuts, and have a strong growth mindset beyond simply delivering files.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and YouTube content.
• Edit talking-head videos, brand narratives, and storytelling formats with clarity and thoughtfulness.
• Work closely with design and social media teams to craft content that drives tangible results.

Job Details

• Location: Onsite at Indira Circle, Rajkot.
• Work schedule: Full-time, fixed hours from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Compensation: Competitive, reflecting skill, consistency, and attitude.
