It leverages platform-specific expertise combined with proprietary machine learning algorithms to optimize SEO and keyword strategies, thumbnail creation, packaging, engagement, rights enforcement, extensive localization, and revenue generation from catalogs. TRM offers transparent revenue sharing and accountable performance metrics, delivering comprehensive channel management that enhances discovery, audience retention, and revenue per mille (RPM). Supported by experts in international licensing and YouTube monetization, TRM collaborates with notable production houses such as Sony Pictures, JioStar, Huace, Cape May Studios, and Future TV to connect with the ideal audience and foster sustainable growth. Content ownership remains with producers and aggregators while TRM facilitates audience expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform video editing on full-length films and web series ensuring adherence to editorial standards and brand/channel guidelines.
- Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, channel artwork, banners, and logos consistent with established branding and style requirements.
- Integrate audio by syncing dubbed and voice-over tracks smoothly with video footage.
- Create teaser and trailer content for upcoming program releases.
- Enhance creative elements to improve graphic and video quality.
- Manage and organize digital assets including video files, project documentation, and resources effectively on server infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong collaborative skills and effective communication to support team efforts.
- Experience with AI-enabled graphic design applications for producing professional-quality posters and YouTube thumbnails.
- Some knowledge of audio editing and color correction techniques is advantageous.
- Capability to function well under pressure and meet stringent deadlines reliably.
