Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full production cycle of video and photographic content, ensuring outputs align with marketing objectives, brand standards, and client specifications.
• Assess raw footage, select optimal shots, systematically organize media assets, and develop well-structured rough drafts.
• Edit scenes meticulously to deliver a smooth and engaging storyline through precise trimming, sequencing, and pacing.
• Integrate audio elements including dialogue synchronization, music selection, sound effect design, and add motion graphics, titles, and visual effects.
• Conduct color grading, audio mixing, and perform thorough quality assurance prior to finalizing exports.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI video generation technologies to create compelling videos, ensuring appropriate character casting and distinct voiceovers aligned with scripts.
• Handle professional camera gear, lighting apparatus, and sound equipment efficiently during video and photography shoots.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor and Visual Content Creator, supported by a robust portfolio exhibiting expertise in video editing and photography.
• Advanced command over prominent editing and design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Acquaintance with contemporary AI-driven video and voiceover production tools.
• Sound proficiency in camera operation, studio and on-location lighting arrangements, along with audio recording techniques.
• Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities, keen visual attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Kottayam, Kerala.
