Crafto is a rapidly expanding content platform specializing in the creation of short-form video statuses themed around festivals, birthdays, anniversaries, inspirational quotes, divine blessings, and special occasions across various Indian languages. Our operation is characterized by high volume, rapid pace, and elevated creative standards.
Role Overview
We seek imaginative and disciplined Video Editors to consistently produce captivating, polished, and emotionally resonant short videos on a daily basis. The content you create will reach millions, being widely viewed, shared, and appreciated.
Video Production Responsibilities
- Craft short videos lasting between 15 and 60 seconds, focusing on festival, greeting, devotional, and motivational themes.
- Incorporate smooth transitions, visual effects, text animations, and synchronize music precisely.
- Ensure perfect alignment with audio beats and maintain brand uniformity.
Delivery and Quality Assurance
- Achieve rigorous daily output targets.
- Adhere closely to detailed content guidelines and quality control feedback.
- Deliver consistently high-quality video work.
Technical Proficiencies
- Proficient with video editing tools such as CapCut, Alight Motion, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Adept in typography, music beat synchronization, color correction, and producing clean visual layouts.
- Skilled in accurately replicating style references.
Attitude and Professionalism
- Creative approach prioritizing impactful content over templates.
- Disciplined, dependable, and receptive to constructive feedback.
- Comfortable managing high-volume production requirements.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with 5 days per week working from the office and Saturdays working from home.
