Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Video Editor based in Bengaluru who can join immediately. The role entails transforming raw footage into polished videos that effectively represent factori.com’s brand identity and offerings across digital mediums. Daily responsibilities include organizing and trimming clips, applying transitions and effects, syncing audio, and maintaining consistent visual styles including color grading. The editor will collaborate closely with marketing and creative departments to produce motion graphics, promotional content, explainer videos, and optimize material for multiple platforms. The role demands managing various projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality video assets are delivered punctually.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in video production and editing, capable of managing the entire creation process from raw footage to final output.
• Expertise in video color grading to guarantee uniform and attractive visuals throughout projects.
• Strong skills in motion graphics and graphic design, creating compelling visual features, titles, and animations.
• Experience with standard professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro is highly desirable.
• Background editing marketing, product, or brand videos tailored for digital platforms is preferable.
• Excellent visual storytelling talent, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a solid grasp of pacing, composition, and sound design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, manage multiple deadlines, and respond effectively to feedback in a fast-paced setting.
• A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or related disciplines is beneficial; presenting a strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work is mandatory.
