We are seeking passionate Video Editors (m/f/d) to join our media production team and assist in editing and creating daily video content. Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for agency client projects while also producing content for our own communication channels.
• Concentrate primarily on postproduction tasks.
• Manage, archive, and organize our editing projects, including customer video files.
• Review and edit video footage critically.
• Edit videos according to style guides tailored to target platforms.
• Perform color correction, sound mixing, and quality assurance.
• Create overlays and animations such as lower thirds, call-to-actions, and end cards.

Additional Information

Salary starts at a gross monthly amount of €3,000, with opportunities for further development and promotion.

We offer job security aiming for permanent contracts, with a current permanent hire rate exceeding 95%.

Candidate Profile

• Either hold a completed degree or vocational training, be self-taught, or have acquired experience in an agency or freelance capacity.
• Possess technical understanding in postproduction, video and audio editing, livestreaming, and video processing.
• Have extensive proficiency with job-specific software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Demonstrate creativity, teamwork skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Maintain clear and error-free German language communication.
• Work independently, organize, and complete projects punctually.
