About the Role
ChickCoop is seeking a talented Video Editor to join its Patna team, crafting captivating video content centered on farmers, poultry, technology, and sustainable agriculture. This position involves transforming everyday farm footage into engaging visual stories that resonate with audiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing efforts, product highlights, and farmer narratives.
- Create trendy short-form content such as Reels and Shorts tailored to ChickCoop’s audience preferences.
- Turn raw clips including farm scenes, interviews, demos, and behind-the-scenes footage into compelling narratives.
- Collaborate closely with teams from content, marketing, FarmTech, and business departments to implement creative concepts.
- Utilize AI-based editing tools to boost efficiency, enhance creativity, and improve subtitles, graphics, and final output quality.
- Incorporate effects, transitions, sound design, color grading, subtitles, and motion graphics to enrich the video content.
- Convert long-format videos into attention-grabbing short clips suitable for various social channels.
- Ensure all content aligns with ChickCoop’s branding, storytelling style, and visual identity.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within startups or fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in both Hindi and English; familiarity with other Indian regional languages is a plus.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Experienced with AI-powered video editing and content creation tools.
- Strong storytelling abilities, including pacing, hooks, sound design, and visual composition.
- Knowledgeable about social media trends such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and evolving content styles.
- Capable of independently converting raw footage into engaging finished videos focused on audience engagement.
- Efficient in juggling multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines.
- Interest in agriculture, FarmTech, sustainability, AI, poultry farming, or rural entrepreneurship is advantageous.
- A portfolio of previous work must be included with the application.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position located on-site at Mithapur, Patna. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
