Job Role and Responsibilities

The company seeks a full-time Video Editor based at their Jaipur office to transform raw footage into refined video materials tailored for various digital channels including YouTube, branded campaigns, product ads, and social media. Responsibilities include organizing footage, precise trimming, applying seamless transitions and effects, audio synchronization, and maintaining strong narrative pacing aligned with project objectives. The role covers tasks such as color correcting and grading, basic motion graphics development, and incorporating graphical components to strengthen visual narratives. Collaboration with producers, scriptwriters, and creative team members is essential to accurately interpret briefs, uphold brand standards, and produce final renders formatted for different platforms. Additional duties involve managing project files responsibly, adhering to strict timelines, and contributing suggestions to enhance content effectiveness and viewer interaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in video editing and production specifically geared towards digital content.
• Competence in color grading techniques to achieve consistent cinematic visual quality.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and graphic design to create compelling titles, lower thirds, and other visual elements.
• Experience working with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and basic proficiency in motion design tools like After Effects.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and overall visual aesthetics with great attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site Jaipur environment managing various projects simultaneously while following creative direction and meeting deadlines.
• Prior experience in video editing for social media platforms, YouTube channels, or brand content is highly desirable, supported by a portfolio or showreel.
• Formal education in film, media, design, or related disciplines is beneficial but not mandatory, with practical experience considered valuable.
