Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Video Editor with 3 to 5 years of expertise based in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves crafting compelling video materials tailored for advertisements, social media platforms, brand films, and campaign promotions. The objective is to enhance video ad performance by improving click-through rates, reducing cost per click, increasing watch times, and boosting audience retention, particularly on short-form videos like reels and shorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing diverse video content including reels, ads, explainer videos, and testimonials.
• Producing multiple performance-driven ad variants.
• Incorporating motion graphics, subtitles, special effects, transitions, and engaging hooks.
• Optimizing video outputs to maximize audience retention and align with platform-specific algorithms.
• Working closely with the performance team to develop impactful ad creatives.
• Editing both long-form videos (30 to 60 minutes) and short-form cuts (30 to 90 seconds).
• Collaborating with the Creative Director to ensure coherent storytelling and structure.

Requirements

• Proficiency with editing software including Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve preferred.
• Experience using AI tools and CGI for video production is a plus.
• Strong command over motion graphics integration and subtitle addition.
• Ability to optimize video content for various distribution channels and improve key performance metrics.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from ₹400,000 to ₹600,000 based on experience and skill level.
