Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our on-site team in Gurugram. This individual will be at the heart of producing video content for brand campaigns, social media, product launches, and various visual media projects. Responsibilities include assembling raw footage, editing and sequencing shots with transitions and effects, syncing audio, and collaborating closely with designers and strategists to ensure videos meet brand objectives. Additional tasks involve basic motion graphic creation, color grading, and finalizing deliverables for multiple output formats. Participation in internal reviews and contributing to the creative process are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Prior agency experience is essential.
- Expertise in video editing and motion graphics is required.
- Strong graphic skills with an emphasis on visual composition and handling creative assets.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, alongside motion graphics and design tools like After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of storytelling techniques, video pacing, sound design, and content customization for various digital platforms.
- Ability to work in an on-site Gurugram environment, managing deadlines and collaborating across creative and strategy teams.
- Experience from a creative agency or equivalent setting, supported by a robust portfolio or showreel showcasing video editing and visual design.
- Formal education in film, media, animation, design, or related fields is favorable though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Additional Information
Immediate joining candidates are preferred. The position offers a monthly salary in the range of ₹40,000 to ₹50,000, subject to experience level. The job is based at Sector 66, Gurugram and requires physical attendance.
