Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our remote team full-time. This position involves crafting compelling video content for marketing, social media, and brand channels. The role requires a blend of technical proficiency in editing and a strong storytelling ability to transform raw footage into engaging narratives that captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit both short and long-form videos tailored for social media, advertisements, and brand messaging.
• Manage raw footage conformation, sound design, color correction, and incorporate motion graphics.
• Collaborate closely with creative leads to develop scripts, storyboards, and creative direction.
• Optimize videos according to each platform's specifications, durations, and typical viewer behavior.
• Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and ensure effective version control.
• Use video performance analytics to refine and enhance video formats over time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least three years of experience editing professional video content.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is beneficial.
• A portfolio demonstrating versatility and high-quality work across social, brand, and product video formats.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and basic color grading techniques.
• Basic understanding of audio editing and sound design principles.
• Familiarity with platform-specific technical requirements for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
