Role Overview
We seek a highly imaginative Video Editor skilled in professional video editing with industry-standard software, who is also adept at integrating AI-powered tools to boost creative processes. This position centers on crafting visually captivating videos using advanced editing methods with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, emphasizing cinematic editing, commercial storytelling, motion graphics, visual effects, and premium post-production.
The focus is on delivering content predominantly for Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, Ecommerce, and FMCG sectors, requiring a keen eye for product presentation, aesthetics, engaging commercial narratives, and top-notch editing quality. Responsibilities include creating brand campaigns, product videos, digital ads, AI-assisted projects, and impactful commercial content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality commercial video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Produce captivating product videos, brand films, and advertisement creatives with compelling storytelling and flawless editing.
- Design motion graphics, cinematic transitions, visual effects, compositing, and creative video enhancements to boost content quality.
- Convert concepts, storyboards, and creative briefs into engaging visual narratives with meticulous pacing and detail.
- Employ AI-based tools for image generation, video enhancement, and workflow streamlining when appropriate.
- Adjust videos for optimal performance on Ecommerce marketplaces, Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Keep abreast of new AI technologies, trends in video editing, and post-production techniques.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring superior quality and punctual delivery.
Required Skills
- Essential proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Thorough knowledge of professional video editing, cinematic storytelling, motion graphics, compositing, color correction, sound sync, visual effects, and post-production workflows.
- Practical experience with AI image generation tools and AI creative platforms such as Google Veo, Google Flow, Higgsfield, or equivalents.
- Background creating commercial ads, product videos, digital campaigns, and branded video content.
- Strong grasp of editing techniques including pacing, transitions, storytelling, and visual style.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating superior editing, commercial projects, and AI-assisted creative efforts is mandatory.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 2 years of direct experience in professional video editing and post-production.
- Expertise in using traditional editing software to develop polished, cinematic video content.
- Experience with Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, FMCG, Ecommerce, or consumer brand content creation is highly preferred.
- Understanding of AI-based image and video creation workflows to enhance production quality.
- Ability to craft high-conversion advertisements, product videos, brand campaigns, and social media content.
- Creative thinker with an exceptional eye for detail and quality.
- Capable of working solo and collaborating effectively with creative teams in fast-moving environments.
Mandatory Requirement
