Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled video editor who possesses a strong storytelling mindset beyond simple clip assembly. The ideal candidate should excel in transforming raw footage into compelling visual narratives that capture and sustain viewer interest from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit footage for social media campaigns and various digital platforms.
- Create cohesive and engaging visual stories from initial ideas.
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop content from concepts through to final versions.
- Incorporate sound elements, transitions, and color grading to enhance video appeal.
- Consistently produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Candidate Profile
- Proven video editing experience accompanied by a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Excellent sense of timing, rhythm, and narrative construction in visual media.
- Understanding of online content dynamics, particularly for short-form video formats.
- Highly detail-oriented regarding color accuracy, pacing, and audio quality.
- Knowledgeable about current trends and technologies in video production and editing.
- Capability to contribute to scriptwriting and creative briefing processes.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Experience with motion graphics tools.
- Awareness of video analytics to assess performance effectiveness beyond aesthetics.
