About the Role

Madonics is seeking a dedicated Video Editor ready to contribute from its Vidyavihar office in Mumbai. Ideal candidates will possess a strong grasp of editing techniques that not only look impressive but also engage and hold viewer attention effectively. This position requires working on-site with an experienced collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine reels, social media clips, and other performance-oriented video content tailored to various brands.
• Transform raw footage into dynamic, compelling narratives emphasizing pace and visual impact.
• Incorporate transitions, typography, music, sound design, and motion graphics creatively to enhance storytelling.
• Keep abreast of current trends in reels, viral editing styles, and popular content formats to maintain relevance.
• Partner closely with strategists and creative teams to develop content concepts into finished products.
• Manage reel shoot sessions when needed and oversee the editing process from raw footage to polished final versions.

Requirements

• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools.
• A keen eye for visual aesthetics and style, especially geared towards social media-first content.
• A portfolio demonstrating your personal editing approach and capabilities.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in video editing.

Additional Information

• Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai (office-based position only).
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
• This role is not open to freelancers or remote candidates.
