Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Video Editor to join our Defence Colony office on a full-time basis. This role involves managing the entire video production process — from assembling raw footage and selecting the best shots to creating engaging videos that highlight our properties and brand story. Your daily activities will include editing videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns; integrating motion graphics and text overlays; applying basic color grading; and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to plan video content and refine storytelling techniques.
- Deliver video projects within stipulated timelines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Organize and manage media assets and project files efficiently.
- Optimize video formats for various platforms to maximize viewer engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in video production and editing, with a strong command of color grading techniques.
- Hands-on experience in creating motion graphics and visual elements like titles and transitions.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, along with motion graphics tools like After Effects.
- Prior experience or portfolio related to real estate marketing or brand storytelling is highly advantageous.
- Attention to detail, strong deadline management, and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Educational background in film, media, design, communication, or related disciplines preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
