About the Role

Team With Someone, based in Delhi, is seeking a skilled Video Editor to join their office team focused on producing content for fitness professionals, coaches, and personal brands. The role demands expertise in short-form video formats, sharp attention to detail, and strong storytelling abilities through editing techniques such as pacing and cutting.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos including Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Work with diverse content types such as talking-head videos, educational clips, fitness-related, and personal branding videos.
• Integrate captions, B-roll footage, background music, sound effects, and transitions as needed to enhance video quality.
• Enhance the flow and overall pacing to create more engaging viewing experiences.
• Adhere to client-specific editing preferences and effectively implement feedback.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

Candidate Profile

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in video editing, especially within social media formats.
• Deep understanding of short-form social media content trends and requirements.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or comparable tools.
• Excellent sense of timing, visual storytelling, and video presentation.
• Ability to accept and incorporate revisions promptly while meeting deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating prior video editing work is required.
• Prior experience with fitness, coaching, or personal brand content is a plus.

Additional Information

• Location: Mayur Vihar, Delhi – working from the company office.
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
