Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Video Editor skilled in podcast and long-form video editing to join our team at Graystone Infra Tech Private Limited in the Delhi-NCR area. The role involves crafting compelling video content that engages viewers from start to finish, with expertise in pacing, cuts, and audience retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit podcasts and extended videos with a polished, professional touch.
- Design captivating intros and hooks that immediately attract viewer attention.
- Apply strong skills in timing, editing cuts, pauses, reactions, and narrative flow to enhance storytelling.
- Understand and leverage audience retention techniques specific to YouTube platform.
- Create viral clips such as Shorts, Reels, and highlight reels from longer podcast content.
- Ensure compliance with YouTube guidelines for formatting, subtitles, pacing, and presentation to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong experience in podcast and long-format video editing.
- Knowledge of YouTube viewer psychology to optimize retention and engagement.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹27,000.
