Job description
Position Overview
We are a developing consultancy expanding our video content footprint across social platforms and YouTube. We seek a dedicated full-time Video Content Editor to oversee a high-volume editing workflow encompassing short reels to extended YouTube videos, ensuring a uniform and polished brand presence on multiple platforms.
Key Duties
- Edit large quantities of short-form video content such as reels and shorts for daily release.
- Produce edited versions of longer YouTube videos on a weekly schedule.
- Adapt and repurpose video material for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
- Create visually appealing thumbnails for video uploads.
- Ensure all edits maintain consistent branding, smooth pacing, and high quality.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and team to align content style and messaging.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in editing short-form videos (reels/shorts) with a portfolio for review.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with thumbnail creation using Photoshop, Canva, or equivalents.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-moving environment with daily content deadlines.
- Understanding of format specifications and trends unique to each platform, including aspect ratios and caption use.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion graphics or introductory animation techniques is an advantage.
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO and thumbnail optimization is beneficial.
Job Details
This is an on-site position located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. Remote work arrangements are not available. Compensation ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
