About the Role

Tvishi Skincare Private Limited seeks a creative Video Content Editor responsible for producing captivating short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. The role focuses on maintaining the brand's authentic and founder-driven voice while generating content that engages and retains viewers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into compelling reels, product showcases, customer stories, founder-focused videos, educational clips, and promotional materials.
• Craft impactful openings within the first few seconds using text, cuts, visuals, and audio to maximize viewer retention.
• Transform clips into coherent, relatable narratives rather than just assembling footage.
• Incorporate clear and attractive captions and text overlays, including subtitles, hooks, highlights, and calls to action in Tamil, Tanglish, and English.
• Stay updated on trending reel formats, transitions, memes, music, and editing techniques, adapting suitable trends to Tvishi's style.
• Visually communicate the benefits of Tvishi's skincare, haircare, bodycare, and gifting products without making the content appear overly promotional.
• Edit talking-head videos featuring founders by eliminating pauses, enhancing pacing, adding B-roll, zoom effects, captions, and supporting visuals.
• Repurpose longer shoots or videos into multiple shorter content pieces such as reels, stories, teasers, testimonials, and other reusable formats.
• Ensure adherence to Tvishi's brand guidelines, including typography, colors, logos, visual identity, and the warm, natural communication tone.
• Organize and manage raw footage and project files systematically, delivering final videos following the agreed content calendar and deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalents.
• Experience with Canva for graphic design purposes.
• Sound understanding of Instagram and Reels content dynamics.
• Basic knowledge of Tamil language and culture.
• Strong visual acumen with the ability to create content that captures attention and encourages interaction and sharing.
