Job Responsibilities
- Edit captivating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional clips, and various social media videos.
- Produce videos reflecting trending subjects, social media movements, and organizational needs.
- Incorporate captions, subtitles, transitions, audio effects, music, and other visual enhancements.
- Develop original video concepts and propose innovative content ideas to amplify the company's social media footprint.
- Interpret content requirements and transform scripts into compelling videos.
- Collaborate with the team on scripting, engaging hooks, storytelling techniques, and promotional initiatives.
- Create promotional videos for courses, products, and the SkillsPehle brand identity.
- Maintain high video standards and adhere to deadlines.
- Keep abreast of the newest editing methods, viral trends, and social media formats.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and prevailing social media trends.
- Creative ability to generate engaging video concepts.
- Basic knowledge of storytelling, video hooks, captioning, and audience engagement strategies.
- Capability to follow directives while contributing innovative ideas.
- Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing edited videos or prior work.
- Experience in creating promotional, educational, or social media-related content videos.
- Basic content and script writing capabilities.
- Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design platforms is a plus.

Additional Information
