About the Role
Join VetWest Ellenbrook as a part-time Veterinarian where you will be part of a collaborative, supportive team that prioritises shared knowledge and professional growth. This role offers the chance to build your confidence with guidance from experienced veterinarians and nurses invested in your development. You will participate in day-to-day consultations, supported by a knowledgeable Head Veterinarian and fellow clinicians who encourage constant learning and skill improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct general practice caseloads with assistance from experienced colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Veterinarian and nurses to develop diagnostic plans and patient care strategies.
- Pursue clinical skill development opportunities with continuous mentorship.
- Engage in team discussions, case reviews, and practical knowledge-sharing to enhance veterinary practice.
Requirements
- Hold or be eligible for veterinary registration in Western Australia.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication to ongoing professional development.
- Enjoy working cooperatively with a multidisciplinary team including vets, nurses, and supporting staff.
- Be receptive to constructive feedback and committed to improving clinical care quality.
