Job Overview

We are seeking a Vermieter (m/w/d) for our Salzgitter location to join full-time (39 hours per week) on a permanent basis.

Typical Responsibilities

• Managing the rental of apartments from a defined portfolio
• Developing and implementing target-oriented rental strategies while ensuring adherence to set goals
• Presenting rental properties and monitoring market conditions to enhance competitiveness
• Conducting consultation hours involving direct customer contact
• Supporting marketing initiatives through own ideas, organizing apartment viewings with company vehicles, and negotiating with prospective tenants
• Collaborating with various internal departments
• Assuming rental processes of colleagues during their absences due to vacation or illness

Candidate Requirements

• Completed training as a real estate agent or comparable profession
• Preferably professional experience in rental or sales fields
• Strong IT skills including proficient knowledge of SAP and possession of a Class B driving license
• Structured work style combined with a strong customer orientation
