About the Role

Infrolabs Entrepreneur Network is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Venture Builder to spearhead the identification, development, and expansion of new business ventures, primarily targeting the accounting, finance, and professional services sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and validate innovative business and venture prospects.
• Create and implement strategies for launching and scaling new ventures.
• Collaborate with accounting firms and entrepreneurs to pinpoint market opportunities.
• Design lead-generation, marketing, and client acquisition plans.
• Form strategic partnerships and drive business development efforts.
• Evaluate market trends, customer demands, and business performance metrics.
• Partner closely with leadership and teams to transform ideas into scalable businesses.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in venture building, entrepreneurship, business development, strategic planning, or related areas.
• In-depth knowledge of business models, growth strategies, and business-to-business markets.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit capable of translating ideas into practical execution.
• Prior experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or professional service sectors is advantageous.
