Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supply management by identifying raw material and equipment needs, ensuring steady procurement to support production.
• Conduct negotiations with both domestic and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and high-quality products.
• Manage external procurement processes including communication with international vendors, sourcing offers, and coordinating import procedures.
• Continuously research market trends and identify potential new suppliers within the furniture industry.
• Ensure all purchased materials meet the company’s strict quality standards through meticulous quality control.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement transaction records.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years proven experience in supply, procurement, or purchasing roles.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and the ability to build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with foreign suppliers.
• Analytical skills to evaluate offers and make informed decisions balancing cost and quality.
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
