Vehicle Technician | Mechanic

Position Overview

Holdcroft Motor Group is looking for a skilled and driven Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their team based in Crewe. This full-time role offers an immediate start with a salary on target earnings (OTE) of £36,000, with potential to earn above £60,000 through commissions and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs accurately according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure all tasks meet high standards of quality and safety for vehicle functionality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with the technical team to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workshop conditions.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and manufacturer procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Possess NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or an equivalent certification.
• Practical experience in a workshop setting working on diagnostic and mechanical repairs with confidence.
• MOT Licence is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license.
• Ability to work efficiently towards both individual and team performance targets.
