Compensation and Schedule
- Potential earnings up to £43,220 yearly.
- Base salary ranging from £33,000 to £36,620 annually.
- Uncapped monthly bonus with an average of £6,600 yearly.
- Standard workweek of five days.
- Additional incentives through a referral bonus programme (terms and conditions apply).
Key Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Technician, you will perform servicing and repair tasks, including advanced duties such as clutch replacements, timing belt changes, and diagnostics across vehicle electrics, brakes, steering, and suspension systems.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience.
- Valid full driving licence with a maximum of 9 penalty points.
- Proven experience conducting diagnostic work (brakes, steering/suspension, engines) and handling complex repairs (coolant systems, diesel injectors, head gaskets, brakes, electrical systems).
