Compensation and Work Schedule

• Potential on-target earnings up to £41,100 annually.
• Base salary ranging from £32,000 to £34,000 per year.
• An uncapped monthly bonus program, typically adding around £7,100 yearly.
• Work schedule of five days per week; this centre remains closed on Sundays.
• Additional earnings opportunities through a refer-a-friend scheme (terms and conditions apply).

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess Level 3 certification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or have equivalent practical experience.
• Hold a full UK driving license with no more than nine penalty points.
• Experienced in diagnostic tasks including brakes, steering/suspension, and engine systems, as well as complex repairs such as coolant system work, diesel injector replacements, head gasket repairs, brake servicing, and electrical diagnostics.
